dah tak majok dah...

masa untuk ber'honeymoon' kat opis dah abis.. huhuuhuu... ada banyak project nak kena buat.. sumer untuk aku nyer radio. nak wat TOP bukannya senang. biasanya TOP kepada ste, ni TOp ste kepada orang len. manyak sangat2 nak kena cover... tulun tulun.. 1st stage mesti la kena wat costing kannnnn.. i like... hehhehe

dua tiga menjak ni.. tak jengok blog, sebab aku bz. sangat2 bz. macam2 hal nak kena wat.. lately ni aku always tido lambat. semalam aku tido pkul 3am lebih.. sebabnya aku menjahit.. before pun aku tido time2 tu gak.. tah aarr pesal tak ngantok tah.. pada hal tak de la pk apa.. layan mata tak ngantok jer... malam ni, tatau nak tido pukul brapa plak.. bukan tanak tido.. tapi tak terlelap.. mujur tak sakit kepala or fenin2 becoz of tak cukop sleep.

hari ni, selesai satu perkara. alhamdulillah sumer berjalan dengan lancar... tapi enche affa complain, hari ni.. aku membebel jer.. cakap tak henti.. hehhehe... ada jerr mende yang tak kena.. hehhe nasib la enche affa... bukan selalu kannnnnnnn...

kesian enche affa aku ni.... bz mengalahkan PM lately ni.. . then dia mula stress.. cian.. nya.. ilek2.. tarik napas.. lepas.. tarik.. lepas... tapikan eerrr..... kalo jadi PM cer mana le gamaknya bznya. jangan nak berangan okeh! sebabnya aku tak hengin bergelar datin.. cukup lah hanya si sedi jerr yang panggil aku datin.. i dun like.

Memang dah lama dah nak wat cake ni... cumanya masanya belum tiba. memang merancang untuk wat hari ni... kira 1st time buat.. cerr mana le rasanya nanti. memang before ni tak pernah makan red velvet cake.

resepi amik kat sini

Red Velvet Cake:

2 1/2 cups (250 grams) sifted cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons (15 grams) regular or Dutch-processed cocoa powder
1/2 cup (113 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups (300 grams) granulated white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring - 1 1/4 sudu
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) cream cheese, room temperature
1 - 8 ounce (227 grams) tub of Mascarpone cheese, room temperature - ni tak letak pun..
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup (115 grams) confectioners' (icing or powdered) sugar, sifted
1 1/2 (360 ml) cups cold heavy whipping cream (double cream) (35-40% butterfat) - ni, aku tuko ngan 2 sudu susu segar

Red Velvet Cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and place rack in center of oven. Butter two - 9 inch (23 cm) round cake pans and line the bottoms of the pans with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl sift together the flour, salt, and cocoa powder. Set aside.

In bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the butter until soft (about 1-2 minutes). Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes). Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the vanilla extract and beat until combined.

In a measuring cup whisk the buttermilk with the red food coloring. With the mixer on low speed, alternately add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the butter mixture, in three additions, beginning and ending with the flour.

In a small cup combine the vinegar and baking soda. Allow the mixture to fizz and then quickly fold into the cake batter.

Working quickly, divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans and smooth the tops with an offset spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean. Cool the cakes in their pans on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Place a wire rack on top of the cake pan and invert, lifting off the pan. Once the cakes have completely cooled, wrap in plastic and place the cake layers in the refrigerator for at least an hour (or overnight). (This is done to make filling and frosting the cakes easier.)

Cream Cheese Frosting: In the bowl of your electric mixer, or with a hand mixer, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese until smooth. Add the vanilla and confectioners sugar and beat until smooth. Using the whisk attachment, gradually add the heavy cream and whip until the frosting is thick enough to spread. Add more sugar or cream as needed to get the right consistency.

Assemble: With a serrated knife, cut each cake layer in half, horizontally. You will now have four cake layers. Place one of the cake layers, top of the cake facing down, onto your serving platter. Spread the cake layer with a layer of frosting. Place another layer of cake on top of the frosting and continue to frost and stack the cake layers. Frost the top and sides of the cake. Can garnish the cake with sweetened or unsweetened coconut.


angah sanggup tu... tunggu aku wat cake dari aku mula nak mix butter sampai la aku tempek cream cheese kat cake ni.. teruja betul dia.. almaklom la.. aku 1st time buat. selama ni, memang tak pernah rasa or makan red velvet cake. ni le 1st time..

aku wat tak brapa merah. sebab takot nak letak pewarna merah 2 sudu.. aku letak 1 1/4 sudu jerr... tapi merahnya still nampak la... weeiii mar beles la cake ni... kek ni kena sejukkan dulu.. then baru makan. tapi dah angah nak balik dah.. teros jerr.. aku potong separuh untuk dia.. tu yang cheesenya meleleh..

angin aku baik hari ni.. tak merajok dah ngan dapo. huhuhu. memang tak bleh blah kan kan kan... ada ke patut majok.. majok dengan sumthing yang tak releven & tak wat apa2 action pun.. majok nyer pasal.. majok nak masak le... bukan majok ngan sape2. tak kuasa teman... nak majok ngan sesape.. bunyiknya memang poyo.. errr dah aku memang poyo.. nak wat lagu mana kannnnn... sejak sabtu hari tu sampai le semalam aku tak masak apa.. hehhe.. malam ni jerr dah

errmmm memang la sedap... walaupun.. toping tak licin rata.. sebab nak cepat.. angah sibok nak balik.. so, kelam kabut menyalut.. maka jadila cam ni... sila abaikan paras rupa.. yang penting budi bahasa.. kan kan kan. walaupun rupamu tidak ku kenali tetapi.. rasamu (kek ni le) tetap menjadi pujaan hatiku... len kali bleh wat lagi... cuuuttttttt!!!

memang marbeles... walau pun cake ni belum di sejukkan lagi.. sedo2 dah tinggal banyak ni...enche affa, sila datang esok yerr... ambil sebahagian cake nih.. untuk anak mama. anak mama tu.. memang teruja setiap kali jumpe cake mama.. rakus..

kalau nak tau 'barang' apa yang tengah hot... cerr pi kat sini jangan lupe yerr... silalah order...
