penat tahap dewa dewi ni.. celik jerr mata pagi ni.. dah banyak aktiviti nak buat.. barang2 hantaran untuk enche affa belum siap lagi.. adoooiii.. ce mana ni.. kalo orang len punya, boleh plak siapkan awal2.. tapi sendiri punya.. berchenta jerr.. ini tak kena.. itu tak betul.. nak hantam sajalah pun tak sampai ati...tengah hari gie nsk.. membeli dan membelah..ni plak untuk lunch, wat kuew teaw kerang. banyak tu kerang.. jaraknya 5mm sekor.. hehhe lama tak makan kuew teaw.. that why la...ni, plak kuew teaw version armand. masak dgn sos cili & kicap jerr... dan kerang di gantikan dengan sotong.

dengan resepi kat bawah ni aku dapat 22 ketul muffin beso
Ingredients:
100gm of multi-purpose flour - 500g aku guna superfine flour
1 tsp of baking soda
100gm of banana, mashed - 300g banana, mashed
40gm of Sunflower oil - 180g sunflower oil
50gm of fine sugar - abaikan
2 Omega 3 eggs - 3 egg grade A
60gm evaporated milk
1 tsp vanila essence
3 tablespoon poppy seed - ni aku yang menambah
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Paper line the muffin tin.2. In a small bowl, beat egg and sugar. Combine mashed banana, sunflower oil, milk and vanilla essence. Beat lightly. In a large bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Sieve the flour to the wet ingredients and mix together with poppy seed
3. Fill up the muffin cups. Bake at 170 degrees C for 25 minutes.4. Take out the muffin and leave it cool before serving.
